You all know for a few years now I've been talking a lot about trust and its impact on healing our many broken systems. Key to this is clear communication - not necessarily agreeing on every word, but at the very least be willing to hear other points of view. In today's multi-cultural work world with 5+ generations standing side by side, we need this more than ever.
Fast forward to this moment. I had the amazing good fortune to cross paths with two talented young men, smart, inquisitive, incredibly thoughtful and intentional, enter University of Virginia's Justin L. and Ben Benson who shared the same thought and asked if we could do this together. Uh, hello and uh hell yeah!
And voila! May we introduce, In The Mixx, a podcast available on spotify, iTunes and soon to be more platforms. Our goal is to broach those conversations that can be polarizing if we let them. We will be having guest experts who will shed light and insights and behind the scenes know how on topics, like AI(c'mon we had to), how to fix the financial system, social media and AI, leadership challenges, the future of work, the younger gen and voting and more.....plus we may just treat you to a few group riffs on a sundry topics.
Our first conversation is with my dear friend Marty Weiner, a mastermind who has powered Pinterest, Reddit...and another new startup who shall remain hushed until the right time. We'll talk startups, AI and ethics, and general things that make Marty go hmmmm. Definitely worth a listen! What topics would you like us to address? Do you want to join us on an episode? Let us know and we'll put you and them In the Mixx.
