Kate Griffin is a seasoned strategist, designer, and coach with a strong background in social change leadership, arts, culture, humanities, community development, and higher education.

She has accumulated 15 years of non-profit leadership experience, showcasing her expertise in fostering networks, building communities, and driving impactful change.

Kate holds a Ph.D. in American Studies from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, a BA in American Studies & African American Studies from Wesleyan University, and a Certificate in Coaching Tools Program from Goldvarg Consulting Group/NAS.

Throughout her career, she has held various key positions such as Professional Coach at NAS, Network & Community Builder at Bringing Theory to Practice, and Steering Committee Member at New Hampshire Creative Communities.

Her professional journey includes roles like Teaching Lecturer at Plymouth State University, Creative Community Fellow at NAS, and Executive Director at Arts Alliance of Northern NH.

Kate Griffin has also made significant contributions as a Movies for Mental Health College Workshop Facilitator at Art With Impact, Founder and Co-Director at Storefront Institute, and Project Director at San Francisco Seniors Remember.

She has further showcased her skills as Director of Community Engagement and Associate Director of Development Operations at Meals On Wheels of San Francisco, Inc., as well as National Director of Finance & Administration at Taproot Foundation.
