Highlights
After nearly six years, it’s hard to believe today is my last day at LinkedIn. This is the longest tenure I've had at a company, and it’s for one reason: the people I have worked with across this organization.
I am so proud of the work my team has done creating inflection points for our business, our customers, and every member of the global workforce. But more importantly, I’m proud of the way we have done this work - by being thoughtful, strategic, humble, ambitious, and kind - teaching me the power of values-driven culture. While I learned how to own the room as a teacher, learned problem solving at McKinsey, the power of an operationally excellent organization at Gartner, I learned the power of culture and values here at LinkedIn.
The cultural tenet that is top of mind for me today is Transformation, where we dream bigger, define objectives, make the leap, rise to the challenge, endure the crucible, and achieve mastery. And then it’s time for a next play.
As for my next play, I have some big plans. But first, I will be taking time to reflect and reenergize (see pic) after this thrilling and consuming phase.
