Her expertise includes project management, technical assistance, training, facilitation, coordination with stakeholders, donor proposals, monitoring and evaluation, emergency communication, cholera control, and mobile technology in remote communities.

Kate's interests lie in disease outbreak surveillance, project management, health promotion, gender-based violence, sexual health, and HIV/AIDS.
