Sometimes little nuggets of advice arrive at very opportune times.
😑 No-one wants a report done on time but has no creative energy behind it...What's the point of that?
🤐 No-one wants you to drag yourself to a meeting with all your germs and make others sick too...
We all want to be at our best, I know I do. However, we really need to put ourselves first not only because we matter, but also because that way we can show up in the best way for all the other things going on in our lives, whether professional or personal.

Absolutely brilliant report by Deloitte considering the human approach to two of my favourite musings: #futurethinking and #waysofworking "The future is shaped by a myriad of human decisions and it’s these human decisions that determine which future we find ourselves in. Discounting (or implicitly not considering) this human factor means that our predictions assume that society is heading in one direction when society often decides to make a sharp turn and go in an entirely different one." And one we can all relate to: "We are often unaware of which decisions will be the consequential ones at the time we’re making them" How true this is in life, let alone in business....
