Highlights
I am pleased to say that I will be joining Barclays Investment Bank as a full time investment banking analyst come July of 2021.
I want to thank everyone in the campus recruiting team for coordinating a well thought out and insightful virtual intern experience. I also want to thank the Fordham team who helped me navigate the recruiting process. I am sincerely grateful for all the support, advice and kindness that I received from both junior and senior people as well as my family and friends throughout the course of the internship and beyond!
Why am I excited about joining?
One thing I really appreciated about Barclays is how authentic and ‘myself’ I was able to be. The folks at Barclays made me feel confident and proud to bring my Australian Asian American identity to work. I was also surprised and grateful towards the extent to which people at the firm were willing to help me learn. Lastly, I am excited to meet the friends and mentors I had formed really good relationships with at the bank.
To the extent that I can, I would also like to get involved with helping people, especially women, in realizing a potential place at Barclays where they too would be empowered with the same opportunity to learn and work in the future.
Looking forward to it.
