Katherine W. Phillips is a highly accomplished individual, currently holding the prestigious Reuben Mark Professor and Director of Bernstein Center positions at Columbia Business School.

With a strong academic background, she pursued a PhD in Management and Organizations from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, studied Organizational Behavior as a Professor at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, and completed her BA in Social Psychology at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Throughout her career, Katherine has held various significant roles, including Director of the Sanford C. Bernstein & Co. Center for Leadership and Ethics, Reuben Mark Professor of Organizational Character, Senior Vice Dean, and Paul Calello Professor of Leadership and Ethics at Columbia Business School.

She has also been actively engaged in different academic and professional associations, such as the Management Faculty of Color Association (MFCA), Center on the Science of Diversity (CSD), and the PhD Project.

Katherine is not only a respected academic but also a devoted family member, fulfilling roles as a mom, wife, daughter, mentor, sponsor, cheerleader, and friend to many.

Her versatile background and extensive experience in academia and leadership roles make her a remarkable figure in the field of business education and organizational behavior.
