Kathleen Myers

Semi-retired

Kathleen Myers is a retired professional who has dedicated her career to helping businesses foster creativity and collaboration in the workplace. She co-founded and served as President at de Bono Thinking Systems, a worldwide publisher and marketer of corporate training programs developed by Edward de Bono, the acclaimed author of over 75 books on creativity and collaboration systems. Myers was instrumental in growing dBTS from scratch to a network of more than 800 corporate trainers in 45 countries. She was also the former VP and Editor-in-Chief at Perfection Learning Corporation, a publisher of K-12 classroom support products. Her first job out of college was teaching creative writing and American literature at a high school in the Midwest. She memorably learned to write better herself, inspire others to make their ideas heard, and market her classes to young adults. Myers House, her passion project and consulting firm, supported businesses in employee engagement and talent development. Despite her retirement, she remains open to connecting with others informally.
