Kathryn Golden is a skilled chemical engineer with expertise in upstream and downstream process development of mammalian cell culture and bacterial fermentation.

As a PMP-certified CMC project leader, she has successfully led drug candidates from discovery to pivotal trials through effective project team representation, regulatory submissions, and CMO management.

Kathryn holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and has a keen interest in biotechnology entrepreneurship.

Her educational background includes a Master's in Bioengineering, a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering, and she attended Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology.

In her professional journey, she has held key positions such as Senior Vice President at bit.bio, Co-Founder and Board Member at Sunflower Therapeutics, Vice President CMC at Q32 Bio Inc., among other significant roles.
