Previously, Kathryn held positions such as Advocacy Adviser at WaterAid, Co-founder and Policy Coordinator at Regions Refocus, and Associate Programme and Communications Officer at United Nations Non-Governmental Liaison Service.

Her experience in various organizations has equipped her with a diverse skill set and a deep understanding of global issues related to water, sanitation, and advocacy.
