Katia Cilene Bressanini is a professional with a solid background in Human Resources management, having worked in roles such as Analyst and Coordinator.

She possesses extensive experience in implementing and developing all HR systems and subsystems, overseeing personal sector management, routine tasks, labor legislation, collective negotiations, and acting as a company representative in labor processes.

Katia has been responsible for the areas of Occupational Medicine and Safety, developing various programs and projects up to evaluating their outcomes, including results participation programs, quality of life initiatives, social inclusion, internships, and employability.

Her responsibilities also involve drafting annual action plans for the department to meet sectorial needs and strategic planning, as well as managing the annual budget and designing the yearly Training Program in partnership with the Corporate University.

Furthermore, she formulates, approves, and implements Policies and Standards to support organizational growth, monitors department indicators to identify the need for preventive or corrective actions, ensures compliance with company policies and culture at all units, and handles People Management processes and conflicts.

Katia's expertise extends to conducting Audits for ISO 9001:2008 and NBR 16001:2004 certifications, developing flowcharts, standardizing documentation, continuous improvement, quality tools, and providing support to leadership.

She maintains a close partnership with the Social Responsibility department, engaging in internal initiatives, promoting Millennium Development Goals, Unimed do Brasil Social Responsibility Seal, GRI Sustainability Report, and Ethos Institute activities.
