Starting as a Marketing and Public Events Coordinator at The Butterfly Pavilion, Katie successfully implemented strategies that boosted revenue and attendance. Joining ACTIVE Network's events department further honed her skills in managing corporate events and trade shows to enhance company exposure and drive revenue. Subsequently, Katie moved to The Linux Foundation, where she played a pivotal role in event services, collaborating on numerous open-source projects like OpenDaylight, Hyperledger, and CNCF.
