Her professional journey includes roles such as Head of Delegation, Country Cluster Delegation for the Pacific at IFRC, Independent Consultant at GESI Strategy, Associate Director Strategy and Advocacy at Oxfam Australia, Manager Program Expertise at Oxfam Australia, Country Director at Oxfam International, and Deputy Country Director- Solomon Islands at Oxfam Australia.

Prior to these roles, she also served as a Technical Advisor in Organisational Development & Disaster Management at Australian Red Cross and had teaching roles in private and public schools in Australia and the UK.
