🎉 ! The Bachelor Digital Society is reaccredited with a very positive result !

🦾 Last week, an international panel of esteemed professors visited us to assess whether the programme is of sufficient quality and passes several criteria. We are still awaiting the final report, but based on the panel's preliminary report, Thomas Frissen, Ph.D. and I are pleased to share that the panel was very positive and found it a “very inspiring” programme. The panel praised the programme’s strong and diverse expertise amongst staff, the students’ maturity, the richness of the interdisciplinary and international setting, ...! Digital Society is again accredited as a high-quality academic bachelor according to Dutch Governmental standards for the next six years!   💕 As programme director, I am extremely proud of the team and our students. Several of our staff members and students were also involved in the information market (that we organised during the audit), where we showcased specific elements of the BA Digital Society, such as creative assessments like Live Action Role-Plays and podcasts.   👊 A big thanks to the staff and students, it was truly a team effort!
🍀 For me, it is (almost) a wrap. After September I will step down and I will leave the programme in the very capable hands of Thomas Frissen, Ph.D. and a newly established curriculum team. Of course, I will remain involved in this fantastic programme.   🧑‍🎓 Interested in studying Digital Society? ->  https://lnkd.in/emUeUzdG
