Another wonderful Harvard Business School Alumni Board meeting in the books. Great to understand how the school is dealing with the difficult times we live in and how the school is continuously focusing on educating and engaging leaders that make a difference in the world. The new Leading with AI curricula is so exciting, I wish I could go back and do it all over again.

I also always love reconnecting with my fellow board members and getting their advice on whatever challenges I’m working through. The breadth of experience of this wonderful group of HBS Alumni always wows me and reminds me of how honored I am to be a part of this group. Until next meeting!

What a wonderful evening at ISPE. I was so honored to get the invite to sit on the #womeninpharma dinner panel, but even more excited that I had the chance to share with this incredible leader, Mike Martin, the impact he had on my life over 17 years ago when he became B130s Engineering Manager and took me under his wing.

So often we never know the impact of our words and kindness on others and I’m appreciative of having the opportunity to say #thankyou to one of my first professional mentors and biggest advocates.
