Kay Turner is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse educational background. She holds an MBA with a focus on finance and accounting from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Prior to her government roles, Kay Turner gained valuable industry experience working as a Managing Director at Citi and as an Associate at Wachovia. She also honed her financial analysis skills as a Senior Financial Analyst, specializing in European and Chinese banks at the International Banking Office within the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
