Kay Turner is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse educational background. She holds an MBA with a focus on finance and accounting from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Additionally, she pursued a Master of International Public Policy with a specialization in International Economics at The Johns Hopkins University's Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies. Kay also obtained a BA with honors in French and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Throughout her career, Kay has held key positions in various renowned organizations. She served as the Senior Counselor to the Director of FinCEN at the U.S. Department of the Treasury and played a crucial role as the Project Coordinator for the $10 billion Capital Projects Fund within the same department. In addition, she has vast experience as a Senior Policy Advisor, Payments advisor, and Senior Financial Economist, focusing on India macro and Indian and ASEAN digital payment and identity systems. Her expertise extends to an international level, as she represented the U.S. Government as a Delegate on the Bureau of the Committee on Financial Markets at OECD - OCDE.

Prior to her government roles, Kay Turner gained valuable industry experience working as a Managing Director at Citi and as an Associate at Wachovia. She also honed her financial analysis skills as a Senior Financial Analyst, specializing in European and Chinese banks at the International Banking Office within the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
