Keiko Hirosue is a highly educated individual with a diverse background in shoe making and design.

She pursued studies in various aspects of shoe making, including ergonomics of athletic footwear, pattern making, and intensive shoe making workshops with renowned experts in the field.

In addition to her expertise in shoe making, Keiko also studied Art History at Hunter College and holds a BA in Policy Management from 慶応義塾大学.

Throughout her career, Keiko has been involved in different organizations, including being the Co-Founder of Brooklyn Shoe Factory and having founded Brooklyn Shoe Space.

She has also held positions such as Technical Designer/Product Developer at 80%20, Founder/Sole Proprietor at kstar shoes, E-commerce & Website Manager at Tucker by Gaby Basora, Production Coordinator at VPL by Victoria Bartlett, Website Manager at Theory, and Translator/Proof Reader at various freelance translation services.
