Keir Worthy is a prominent figure in the design industry, serving as the Executive Director of the Organization of Black Designers (OBD) and the Chief Creative Officer of Rhythm Alchemy Creative Consultants.

With a rich background that includes stints at major record labels like Def Jam, Elektra Records, and Warner Bros., Keir has made significant contributions to the music and marketing industries.

Keir's career began during his college days when he founded Hot Wax Promotion & Marketing, which played a pivotal role in introducing rap music to mainstream radio and nurturing artists like LL Cool J, Public Enemy, and Queen Latifah.

His diverse experience encompasses working with a range of artists, overseeing promotion and marketing for various record labels, and later transitioning to the role of Senior VP A&R at Motorjam/East West Records.

In addition to his music background, Keir is deeply involved in the design world through OBD, a global platform that represents Black designers across various disciplines such as fashion, interior, automotive, and web design.

Under his leadership, OBD hosts DesigNation, an international design conference that features renowned designers and entertainment figures like Tracy Reese, Debra Lee, and Charles Stone III.

Keir has also spearheaded partnerships with top brands like General Motors, Procter & Gamble, Walt Disney, Nike, and others, showcasing his ability to bridge the worlds of design, branding, and business.

His educational background includes studies in advertising and art at The University Of Texas At Austin, further nurturing his creative skills and strategic thinking.

Keir's passion for creativity, coupled with his extensive professional experience, makes him a respected figure in both the music and design industries.
