With over a decade of experience, Keithen has excelled in increasing diverse talent and developing pipelines for STEM disciplines, managing Diversity STEM Scholarship Programs, and forging strategic relationships with universities and collegiate organizations.

As the CEO and Founder of The Access Foundation and President of 100 Black Men of Metropolitan St. Louis, Keithen's commitment to advancing diversity and fostering talent is evident.

His background includes launching onboarding programs, executing full-cycle recruitment processes, and collaborating with local and national organizations to cultivate a robust pool of diverse candidates for various industries.

Beyond his corporate endeavors, Keithen Stallings is also the owner of Keithen Stallings Enterprises, LLC, engaging in entrepreneurship and further contributing to community service and philanthropic activities.

Keithen's educational journey includes studying at Lincoln Sr. High School and earning a Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois State University, laying a solid foundation for his professional growth.
