Highlights
Have you heard of the book, "10X is Easier than 2X" by Dan Sullivan?
I cracked it open last summer, and while I loved the inspiration and some of the ideas, it made my nervous system fried just reading it. I knew our company needed systems to scale, but the "hustle, fast fast, you're-doing-it-wrong" feeling I got while reading the book wasn't what I needed.
Fast forward a few months, and we met Cindy Curtis at Marea Alta through our partnership with MovingWorlds. Cindy was the easeful, smart, and strategic partner we needed to document some of our processes to support growth and scaling.

This session will leave attendees with tips on how to strategically think about impact, how to use data to improve results and proven strategies on tangible ways to make your impact work for you.
