It is time to share what so many have also shared in my line of work. I am currently #OpenToWork. I joined an amazing company a few months ago has their #HeadofPeople in an international remote-first culture. Sadly, the company has experience a RIF like so many others. I got some notice, which is more than I can say for most, and since I found out, I have applied to over 341 roles, obtained 2 first interviews, and 1 second interview and no offer.

I am looking for #remote work or #hybrid in the Loveland, CO or Fort Collins, CO area. With over 13 years of progressive expertise across various facets of the HR landscape, I am a dynamic HR professional known for my imaginative thinking and strategic approach. Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in diverse verticals within the People Ops space, including Recruiting, Operations Planning, People Operations, HR Law and Compliance, HR Strategy, Management, Employee Relations, Organizational Development, and Training.

My strength lies in transforming abstract concepts into actionable plans and successfully bringing them to fruition. I derive immense satisfaction from crafting high-level strategic business and operations plans, leveraging my exceptional organizational abilities and passion for delivering outstanding results.

My last day with my current role is August 31st, and I am extremely active in my search for a new opportunity. I know the market is overloaded with high quality candidates and we are all in this boat together. And I have been flexible to also take on contract work or any assignments as needed to stay sharp, this has hurt my full time opportunities in the past, and I know the right role and company will only see this as an asset instead of a fault. We have to do what we can to stay afloat in a uncertain times.

Any shares, referrals, or recommendations are appreciated. #openfornewopportunities #jobhunting #jobsearching
