Kelly Rosenthal is a seasoned professional with a background in construction and human resources. With a strong focus on recruiting, talent management, and employee relations, Kelly has served as an HR Manager in the Mid-Atlantic region (Maryland, District of Columbia, Virginia, North Carolina) and has managed transition planning and management across the US. Kelly's project management experience includes notable projects such as the U.S. Capitol Visitors Center, University of Maryland Comcast Center, and Prince Georges' Sports & Learning Complex.
