Kelly Watters is a fourth-generation entrepreneur specializing in building consumer product companies for the modern consumer. She has been recognized as one of Outside Magazine's 15 Women to Know in the Outdoor Industry, a Wright Awards Finalist, and an advisor to top Kickstarter brands. With over a decade of experience, Kelly excels in operations, logistics, finance, team building, and general management across both non-profit and for-profit sectors, thriving in fast-paced environments and problem-solving.

Her educational background includes Business Development studies at the Telluride Venture Accelerator Program, a Master's Degree in Museum Education & Non-Profit Management from the University of The Arts, and a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Glass and History from Anderson University.

Previously, Kelly held key roles such as Co-Founder/President, Co-Founder/CEO, and Co-Founder/COO at Western Rise. She also served as the Director of Programming at Booth Western Art Museum & Bartow History Museum, a Graduate Associate at the University of Pennsylvania Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology, Gallery Director at Cogswell Gallery, and Head English Teacher at Avalon English.
