Kelsey Hatzell

Assistant Professor at Princeton University

Kelsey Hatzell is an accomplished professional with a strong educational background and extensive experience in various academic and research roles. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Material Science and Engineering from Drexel University, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Swarthmore College.

Currently, Kelsey Hatzell serves as an Assistant Professor at Princeton University. Previously, she held Assistant Professor roles in Mechanical Engineering and Chemical Engineering at Vanderbilt University. In addition, she has served as an ITRI-Rosenfeld Postdoctoral Fellow at Berkeley Lab, an NSF Graduate Research Fellow at Drexel University, a Graduate Research Assistant at The Pennsylvania State University, and has completed the Core Competency Training Program as part of a Rotational Program at Skanska. Prior to her current positions, she also worked as an Academic Clinician at Swarthmore College.
