Ken Broda-Bahm is a seasoned Litigation consultant specializing in maximizing message effectiveness in legal proceedings like jury trials, bench trials, arbitration, and mediation. With a background in legal communication, small group research, persuasion, and rhetoric, Ken offers tailored strategic advice to plaintiffs and defendants, including messaging, opening statement assistance, witness preparation, demonstrative exhibit advice, jury selection, mock trials, and focus group research. With a focus on products liability, commercial, and employment cases, Ken also brings extensive experience in natural resources, personal injury, professional malpractice, and intellectual property cases.

Ken's academic journey includes a Ph.D. in Speech Communication from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, an MA in Speech Communication from Western Washington University, and a BA in Political Science from Western Washington University. Prior to joining the Persuasion Strategies group at Holland & Hart in Denver, Ken was a tenured professor at Towson University and held teaching positions at Gonzaga University. He has also served as a part-time Consultant with Matlon and Associates in Maryland.
