This week marks the one-year anniversary of our team joining Customers Bank and launching the national venture banking group. The two words that consistently come to mind are GRATITUDE and BLESSED. Blessed to have this opportunity to be a part of a growing and entrepreneurial Bank that has allowed us to continue to do what we love, working daily with exciting new companies and inspirational entrepreneurs. Grateful for the support we have received from the Customers Bank executive and operations team enabling us to continue serving the entrepreneurial community. Grateful for my team, both new and old, which has shown amazing fortitude and grit in the face of rapid and disruptive change, our people = our differentiation! Grateful for our customers, investors and partners who have shown great trust and have supported us through the growth stage we are in today.
