Highlights
A great first day at the Tufts Food is Medicine Institute Summit! So energized by all the innovative thinkers in this room and so excited to be part of this movement and these conversations. Check out the NourishedRx logo (below USDA) on the slide behind Dr. Mozaffarian. :)
Had such a wonderful time sharing the stage with Jennifer Spear and Joan LaRovere, MD, MSc, MBA at the Crusonia Investing in the Food is Health Revolution forum. So glad to be able to share the NourishedRx work with others and learn about so much exciting innovation underway across health tech and ag tech (including hearing from Mayor Eric Adams about his personal dietary behavior change journey)! #humana #foodasmedicine
