Always seeking to fulfill her purpose, Kendra found a unique calling in combining fitness and faith, creating The Worship Workout, a full-body worship experience that merges aerobics and worship music to provide a spiritually uplifting exercise routine.
Currently, Kendra teaches high-impact and low-impact aerobics classes for adults of all ages while dedicating time to her ministry projects and enjoying precious moments with her family.
With a Bachelor of Science in General Studies from the University of Central Oklahoma, Kendra's professional journey includes leadership roles in marketing and communications at renowned companies like VIDA & Co., OZY Media, UP tv, TVGla, and A&E Television Networks.

Hi friends. I started a new job this week. Exciting, right?
I was sitting in my second meeting EVER in my new role leading marketing at VIDA & Co. (keep reading, I’ll fill you in on that too!) when my doorbell rang. Now, you need to understand this meeting was with our Founder & President, Umaimah Mendhro, and CEO, Henrike Langbroek. So my doorbell rings and my dog does what dogs do when doorbells ring — he loses his mind. Naturally, I am embarrassed to ask Umaimah to pause her truly riveting retelling of the VIDA brand journey to deal with whoever is at my door. She generously assures me it’s not a problem as I hop up and frantically run. Guess what was there? This. Cue exhale. I must thank the florist for their impeccable timing.
I started a new job this week. But it’s not just a job. The two accomplished and ingenious women leading VIDA have deftly managed their business to roaring success without compromising integrity and responsibility. In fact, integrity and responsibility have always been the focus. I am really looking forward to working with them. They believe in balance, ambition and prove every day the two can coexist.

What is VIDA & Co.? VIDA is a global platform that connects creatives and producers from around the world to produce and sell original, quality products - at scale. That business was and continues to be successful. VCs love it. When the pandemic hit Umaimah and Henrike saw a staggering opportunity in front of them to help and entered into the consumer health space with masks. They entered into this market while still prioritizing integrity and responsibility through the development and sourcing of products to ensure their efficacy as well as creating a cutting-edge mask recycling program.
