His educational background includes a degree in Business Management from MBA USP/Esalq, a degree in Tourism and Hospitality Technology from Faculdade de Tecnologia de São Paulo, and completion of high school at Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de São Paulo - IFSP.

Kenji Nakahara has held various roles in organizations, including Coordenador de Suporte de TI at Lemontech, and previously worked at LATAM Airlines in roles such as Analista Núcleo de Negócios, Analista de Produtos, Assistente de Negociação e Produtos, and Operador de Reservas. Before his time at LATAM Airlines, he was Coordenador de Filmagem e Tradução at Nambei Tsushinsha and Analista de Relacionamento com o Cliente at Rapi10 Viagens.
