I asked Microsoft CoPilot to create a press release of our annual charity hockey game between Microsoft and RBA and it didn't disappoint. FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Microsoft vs. RBA Consulting: A Thrilling Showdown on the Ice St. Louis Park, MN - February 28, 2024 - In a much-anticipated clash of corporate titans, Microsoft and RBA Consulting went head-to-head for the 12th year in a thrilling hockey match at the St. Louis Park Rec Center. With a decade of history between the two companies, the game promised excitement and fierce competition from the outset.
From the drop of the puck, both teams showcased their skill and determination, delivering a fast-paced contest that had the sold-out crowd on the edge of their seats. Despite a valiant effort from Microsoft, it was RBA Consulting who emerged victorious, securing a 9-7 win after a flurry of unanswered goals.
Beyond the exhilarating on-ice action, the game served a greater purpose, fostering the enduring partnership and camaraderie between the two companies. Moreover, it provided an opportunity to support the Hendrickson Foundation Charity, with proceeds from the event going towards a worthy cause.
Post-game festivities included a charity puck toss, penalty shots against RBA Founder Rick Born, and an awards ceremony and celebration at Punch Bowl Social. Amidst the jubilant atmosphere, RBA Consulting proudly christened the Cup, symbolizing their hard-earned victory.
As the dust settles on another memorable encounter, both teams look ahead to the future, with Microsoft already analyzing game film and strategizing for a chance to reclaim the Cup in 2025.
