Keri Gray is a cancer survivor, entrepreneur, speaker, and facilitator known for her impactful work in disability and racial justice education.

As the CEO of the Keri Gray Consulting Group, she leads efforts to build professional communities of understanding.

Keri is the founder of the National Alliance of Melanin Disabled Advocates (the NAMED Advocates), a platform fostering growth and connection among disabled leaders of color and BIPOC allies in the realms of racial and disability justice.

With a track record of recruiting 4,000 professionals for over 100 organizations and Fortune 500 companies, Keri has made significant contributions to the workforce.

Her programs have assisted over 1,000 professionals in securing competitive employment, enhancing transferable skills, expanding networks, and accessing prominent opportunities.

Keri holds a Master's degree in Communication and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Communications with a minor in Public Service, both from Abilene Christian University.

Having held key positions in organizations like The NAMED Advocates, American Association of People with Disabilities, Disability, and National Council on Independent Living, Keri has demonstrated her commitment to advocacy and empowerment in the disability community.
