Kerry Baldwin is the Co-founder & Managing Partner of IQ Capital, a venture capital investor focusing on early-stage deep-tech startups in Cambridge & London.

With 25 years of experience in early-stage Venture Capital in the UK and Europe, she specializes in cybersecurity, big data, security & defense-tech, neuro-tech, and supervisory & regulatory tech.

Kerry is actively involved in various prestigious roles and organizations, serving as an Honorary Fellow in Entrepreneurship at Cambridge University, Judge Business School, and Council Member at the BVCA. She is also engaged in British Patient Capital and the University of Plymouth, among others.

Recognized for her contributions, Kerry has won accolades such as the GP Bullhound Allstars European 'Investor of the Year 2023' and was listed in the Financial News Top 100 Most Influential Women in Finance 2022.

Passionate about diversity, inclusion, and mentoring, Kerry advocates for promoting the UK's science and innovation ecosystem.

Educationally, Kerry studied at the University of Plymouth and Chatham Grammar School, showcasing a strong academic background.
