Kerry Doran is a renowned art historian, cultural theorist, and curator, whose work spans across Buenos Aires, Hong Kong, and New York.

Currently pursuing her PhD at the Graduate Center, CUNY, Kerry also contributes to Artforum and serves as a Curatorial Advisor for Digital Projects at M+ Museum of Visual Culture.

Alongside Lulo Demarco, she hosts the bi-monthly radio program CRISIS on Montez Press Radio, focusing on Latin American politics and current events.

Kerry's research and public engagements are driven by activism and traverse various disciplines, emphasizing popular culture, subversive mass media practices, and sociopolitical issues through queer and decolonial lenses.

Her educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Art History, an MPhil in Art History, an MA in History of Art, and a BA in Anthropology, Art History, and Studio Art.

Throughout her career, Kerry has been associated with esteemed organizations such as Gray Area, Brooklyn College, M+, Artforum International Magazine, UV Estudios, Postmasters Gallery, bitforms gallery, New Museum of Contemporary Art, Courtauld Institute of Art, Denver Art Museum, and University of Colorado Boulder.

She has held various roles in these organizations, ranging from Research Fellow and Graduate Teaching Fellow to Curator-in-residence, Director, Event and Content Producer, Associate Scholar, and Curatorial Assistant.
