Kevin David is a results-driven professional with over 20 years of experience in various technologies such as Windows, Linux, UNIX, macOS, iOS, Android, Blackberry, MDM, and Encryption.

He has managed staff counts as high as 70+ both locally and overseas for over 15 years, focusing on coaching, mentoring, recruitment, retention, supervision, and staff separation.

With over 10 years of experience, Kevin has a proven track record of implementing processes, procedures, and solutions to enhance the customer experience.

He also brings over a decade of expertise in developing and delivering training as well as creating documentation for various audiences. Additionally, he has 2 years of experience in ISO 9002 process development and implementation.

Currently, Kevin serves as the Director of Global Technical Support at WinMagic. He has previously held roles such as Senior Manager of Technical Support at SOTI Inc., Manager of Key Accounts at Natus Medical, and various other technical and managerial positions in organizations like Route1, Intuitive Solutions Group Inc, and more.

His career spans from being a Computer Teacher and Help Desk Support Representative to owning and operating his own consultancy, showcasing his versatile skill set and extensive experience in the technology and support industry.
