One topic I’m certain you’ll hear a lot about at Shoptalk this year is going to be Omnichannel. I mean… Big Data. Oops, I mean social commerce. Wait, it was actually mobile first. Or maybe it was MACH/composable/headless/shirtless/shoeless…
We’ve all experienced the hype around the buzzword of the season, and right now to absolutely noone’s surprise, it is AI. Most of the content and presentations I’ve seen around AI in Ecommerce fall into one of two buckets. The first revolves around the technologies we’ve had for years leveraging AI like personalization, search, merchandising, etc. The rest I’d summarize as “we’re still early and no one really knows.” Yet this is what practitioners are looking to hear about the most but presentations are largely theoretical and not practical. It’s understandable, we’re in the early innings and it is advancing quickly, but what is out there to cut through the noise? Who’s talking about real-life advanced examples of adopting Generative AI for Ecommerce? Who’s not talking at you about what could be and instead talking with you about real life tangible opportunities for AI adoption?
My friends at IM Digital, have been quietly working on this for some time, as one of the only Ecommerce SIs that specialize in Generative AI for Ecommerce as an official Google Cloud Partner specializing in AI. They’re hosting a Masterclass workshop to do just that at Shoptalk on Monday March 18 from 6pm - 9pm. With Google alum Alan Kent. Iykyk - super sharp technologist at the intersection of technology and business. If you’re looking to dive deeper into the topic, if you want to see real-life advanced examples of Generative AI adoption for Ecommerce, if you’re looking for an intimate setting for open discussion about your challenges and opportunities - this is the event to attend. Register here, seats are limited!
