Kevin Freedman is the founder of NextPhase Partners, a startup advisory firm specializing in assisting entrepreneurs navigate the challenges of scaling their companies in the early stages of startup life.

Prior to establishing NextPhase, Kevin served as a partner at Khosla Ventures, a prominent venture capital firm managing over $5 billion in assets. He entered the venture capital realm following a successful 15-year career in operational roles within consumer and enterprise technology companies.

One of Kevin's notable leadership positions was as the CEO of Quid, a SaaS business intelligence platform acquired by Netbase, catering to Fortune 500 companies. He also played a pivotal role as an early executive at Slide, contributing significantly to its growth to 150 million monthly users and subsequent acquisition by Google, where he assumed the role of CFO.

Kevin's professional journey commenced at Half.com, acquired by eBay, before holding senior roles at eBay and PayPal. His educational background includes a BS in Accounting from Lehigh University.

Throughout his career, Kevin has been associated with various reputable organizations, such as Alliance of American Football, WideOrbit, Shoes of Prey, and Zebra Medical Vision Ltd, alongside his tenure at NextPhase Partners and Khosla Ventures.
