Kevin Graham

President at Material Management Resources, Inc

Professional Background

Kevin Graham is a distinguished leader in the field of investment recovery and management, with a career spanning over three decades. His unwavering commitment to integrity is exemplified by the guiding principles of the Aggie Code of Honor, which he embodies in both his personal and professional life. After earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from Texas A&M University in 1987, Kevin launched his professional journey at Melton & Melton, a reputable public accounting firm. He began in the tax preparation department but quickly transitioned to the computer consulting sector, where he adeptly offered hands-on technical support and guidance on software solutions to various clients.

His professional path took a pivotal turn in 1989 when he was assigned to work with Conestoga Supply, owned by Wayne Caldwell, who would later become a significant mentor and friend. Recognizing Kevin's capabilities, Wayne offered him a full-time position at Conestoga Supply Corporation in 1992, where he expertly managed the company's financial and operational intricacies. Their partnership led to the establishment of Conestoga Systems Corporation, which specialized in integrating state-of-the-art software systems for businesses, ultimately culminating in the successful sale of the company in 1993.

In 1994, Kevin and Wayne founded Material Management Resources (MMR) after identifying a gap in the market for surplus asset recovery following a project's cancellation. As Vice President of MMR, Kevin was entrusted with overseeing daily operations and fostering a work culture centered on honesty and integrity. Under his leadership, MMR expanded its reach, diversifying from energy recovery into the utilities sector, and has since recovered and saved clients hundreds of millions of dollars globally. Kevin took over as president in 2017, following Wayne's retirement, and continues to lead the company with a focus on client satisfaction and ethical practices.
