TL;DR: Now in Berlin and open to new opportunities in product management!

Before moving from Australia to Berlin in April, someone asked me what I was most looking forward to.

The answer might surprise you...

It was the opportunity to make a fresh start and establish a new identity.

I mean, how often do you get the chance to: 🌱 Completely reinvent yourself; 🗣️ In a new language; 🌎 On the other side of the world; 👻 Where literally no one knows you?

It's only been a few days since I arrived, but already I can feel the Spring air tingling with possibility.

While I embrace a new culture and environment in Germany, one thing hasn't changed - my absolute passion and dedication to the craft of product management.

Key initiatives I've sprearheaded:

  • 0-1 product strategy, discovery and development as lead product manager for a market-leading strategy execution SaaS platform
  • Product-market fit expansion through delivery of enterprise capabilities
  • Platform and tech stack modernisation programs across web, desktop and mobile applications
  • Technical proof of concept for a multi-modal Google Assistant application, leveraging conversational AI and natural language processing

Key achievements from my current role at Cascade:

  • Led rebuild of legacy product (Ember), including re-platform to React.
  • Launched and scaled freemium product to >$5M ARR within 2.5 years, accounting for 44% of total product ARR.
  • Grew average contract value from enterprise deals by 330%.
  • Drove >20% month-on-month lift in user retention, enabling deeper expansion into enterprise segment.

If your company or team is looking for an experienced B2B SaaS product manager with B2C exposure, feel free to send me a DM. Open to new opportunities in Berlin (🇩🇪) or remote/hybrid across Europe (🇪🇺).

Appreciate any introductions or referrals from my network!🤞 Grateful to have connected with so many generous people already 🙇🏻
