Dr. Kevin King is an accomplished individual with a diverse educational background and a wealth of experience in the fields of medicine, bioengineering, and electrical engineering. He holds a Medical Doctor (MD) degree from Harvard Medical School, a Master of Science (MS) and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Electrical Engineering and Bioengineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), as well as a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Currently, Dr. King serves as an Assistant Professor of Medicine/Cardiology and Bioengineering at the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine. He also has a rich history of professional engagements, having been a Co-founder at Heprotech Inc., an Instructor at Massachusetts General Hospital, a Cardiology Fellow at Brigham and Women's Hospital, a Medical Doctor Coordinator at Best Doctors, an Internal Medicine Resident at Stanford University Medical Center, and a Postdoctoral Fellow at Massachusetts General Hospital.

Dr. King's career journey includes various roles such as Graduate Teaching Assistant at MIT, Draper Fellow at MIT at Draper Laboratory, Graduate Research Assistant at Massachusetts General Hospital, Research Scientist at Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Intern at Abbott Laboratories, Co-op Engineer at Intel Corporation, MCAT Test Prep Instructor at Kaplan Test Prep, Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and Co-op Engineer at AMD.
