I heard this question in almost every conversation at The Bridge to Integrated Marketing & Fundraising Conference
My new answer, thanks to some Creative Shizzle (a.k.a. Taylor Shanklin and Kiesha Congelosi) is now:

It started as a joke, because I've worked with a number of different companies over the past couple of years, and I've partnered in some fashion with so many more over the last 20+. While the phrase "I'm with you" may seem cliche, I think it actually resonates with my life approach as well as my work approach. You see, I am a connector of things - people, companies, solutions, organizations. It's the thing I enjoy. It gives me energy. It's pervasive in my professional as well as my personal life.
Bridge is a great example, and a confirmation, that the power of relationships and connection is everything. Especially in this sector. Most of us truly care about the greater good, and how we fit in to having a larger impact. We check ego's at the door in order to have genuine, authentic conversations. Conversations about our work. Conversations about collaboration. Conversations about solving problems and blockers. We dream of better ways to help... together.
While my official work may be with several companies, the reality is it involves the ENTIRE ECOSYSTEM. It always has. It always will. There hasn't been one project I've done over the last ~two years (well really the last 20+) that didn't involve others in the ecosystem. Partners, advisors, end users and influencers et. al.
When I've asked for help, or collaboration, or insights... people always show up and are happy to do so.
When people ask me for help, or collaboration, or insights... I like to think I show up with a smile on my face. Even if I don't know you, I'm willing to show up.
So yeah, the answer to the question of "Who are you with?" really and truly is:
"I AM with you!!!"
