Kevin M. Lang is an attorney and Co-Chair of the Energy Practice Group at Couch White, LLC.1 He assists clients in matters before state and federal energy regulatory agencies.1 His clients include the City of New York, the State University of New York, and owners and developers of renewable resources, transmission, and energy storage, as well as companies participating in wholesale electricity markets.1
Lang's practice areas include energy, environmental law, and renewable energy transactions.13 He represents consumers in utility rate proceedings before the New York State Public Service Commission and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, and he represents clients in the siting and permitting of renewable resources and transmission facilities.1 He also assists clients with issues associated with the Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act.1
Before joining Couch White, Kevin worked for the New York State Department of Public Service as a Managing Attorney and as an Assistant Counsel.1
