Highlights
One of the many things I value about Kearney is the emphasis we place on generosity and how we invest in apprenticeship to support our colleagues to develop, grow and thrive at work.
Our Women's Network recently hosted an inspiring multi-day event in Dubai, where our female colleagues in the region came together to share their powerful stories. It was truly humbling learning from my fellow female colleagues in the region, who continue to enrich my perspectives through their diverse experiences.
As a female leader at Kearney Middle East and Africa, I am passionate about how I can pay it forward to the next generation of leaders. Investing in the growth and development of others is key to impactful leadership and I continue to draw inspiration from our dynamic women at Kearney!

Grateful to have received another Kearney Values Award, this year for Boldness. These awards are very special to me as they are confirmation from ones peers that Kearneys values, which resonate deeply with me, are being lived and felt. Our #culture is shaped by our values being lived out and demonstrated everyday through our interactions with each other during both the good and tough times.
For me, Boldness ironically requires one to be vulnerable, to be willing to stand up for what you believe to be right, whilst knowing that you may be wrong, pushing through the self-doubt and fears to identify and do what you believe is best in the situation. It requires you to be comfortable with the process of learning from your mistakes and growing for the better. Most importantly, for Boldness to thrive, it requires the support and trust of your teams, to create a safe space for you to be vulnerable, to not judge or criticise but constructively challenge to collectively achieve better outcomes.
To my wonderful colleagues and teams that have always supported and believed in me, a heartfelt thank you! "I am because you are." (African Proverb)
Wishing everyone a restful and enjoyable break!
