Kiana Rawji is currently pursuing an A.B. Degree in History & Literature and Art, Film & Visual Studies at Harvard University. She is a passionate advocate for the power of art in capturing truth and fostering empathy. Through her writing, public speaking, and filmmaking aspirations, she aims to amplify diverse stories of human resilience and promote connection among individuals while honoring their unique differences.

Kiana has a strong educational background, having studied Art, Film, and Visual Studies and History & Literature at Harvard University. She has also received prestigious awards such as the Deerfield Cup, Faculty Award, English Prize, and Study of Arabic Award during her time at Deerfield Academy.

In terms of her organizational involvement, Kiana is the Founder and Director of The Monument Project. Previously, she held leadership roles as the Founding President and CEO of Gentr, participated in the Harvard Ventures Summer Incubator and Harvardwood Summer Certificate Program, interned at Mirabai Films, worked as a Production Assistant for Macky Alston, managed Digital Marketing at JFK Jr Forum at Harvard Kennedy School, and served as a TEDx Speaker and Conference Organizer at TEDxDeerfield.
