Kianoosh Hashemzadeh is an experienced communications professional with a background in the arts, higher education, publishing, and technology industries.

He is known for being enthusiastic, creative, and detail-oriented, possessing exceptional project management, editing, and writing skills.

Kianoosh holds a Master of Arts in Islamic Studies from McGill University and a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from The New School.

His educational journey also includes a BFA and BA in Creative Writing and English Literature from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.

Throughout his career, Kianoosh has held various roles in prestigious organizations such as USC Rossier School of Education, Zócalo Public Square, New York University, IAC, The New Press, Macmillan, and The New School.

He has served in positions like Director of Publications, Associate Editor, Publications and Interpretive Manager, Managing Editor, and Assistant Editor.

Kianoosh has also contributed as a Teaching Assistant in the Riggio Honors Program at The New School.
