Kim Smyth is a strategic business leader known for driving digital and data innovation within the healthcare sector, collaborating with both start-ups and established companies.

Kim currently leads ANDHealth's non-dilutive programs, focusing on nurturing Australian digital health start-ups, while also introducing new digital marketing and data analytics strategies in patient/customer programs and commercial operations.

With a rich background in scouting over 300 digital health and AI companies from Silicon Valley and creating proof-of-concepts, including the first fully virtual clinical trial at AstraZeneca, Kim has a strong foundation in innovation and program management.

Education-wise, Kim holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo.

In terms of professional experience, Kim has held key roles such as GM Investment at ANDHealth, Head of Digital and Data Transformation at Novartis, Australia & New Zealand, Founder at Percipient Consulting, and various leadership positions at AstraZeneca, Deloitte, The Body Shop International, OC&C Strategy Consultants, IESC Geekcorps, DigitalThink, and Braxton Associates / Deloitte Consulting.
