Kimberly Faith Hickman is a highly accomplished theatre producer, director, choreographer, and educator with a diverse range of experiences in commercial Broadway productions, non-profit regional theatres, and educational organizations.
She has worked on numerous Broadway productions that collectively earned 19 Tony Award nominations, serving as Associate Director or Assistant Director under renowned directors such as Pam MacKinnon, Susan Stroman, and more.
Her extensive off-Broadway and regional credits include collaborations with prestigious theaters like Manhattan Theatre Club, Roundabout Theatre Company, and Atlantic Theatre Company.
Kimberly has been actively involved in various selection committees for awards and fellowships in the theatre industry, showcasing her commitment to supporting emerging talents.
She is a recipient of multiple directing fellowships and has undergone training in Diversity and Accessibility, leadership development through National Arts Strategies, as well as Safe Space and Active Ally programs.

Kimberly's educational background includes a BFA in Theatre Performance and Directing from Columbus State University, along with prestigious directing fellowships and training programs to continually enhance her skills and knowledge in the industry.
