I came into Nike during an “ebb” in my life. Erik Tautkus was instrumental in taking a chance on me and renewing my faith in myself. Jeff Lemons has been a rock of guidance, wisdom and humility throughout all the change. Michelle Flowers is one of the most generous and empathetic leaders you will ever meet. Jessica McCoy who championed a new mom fresh off of mat leave. And finally my work besties Hila M. and Isam R. who are my rocks. A company is made of its people and I’m blessed to be in such fine company who back their words with action. It takes a small but mighty army to get through the many seasons of life. And whatever season you’re in - it’s just that, a season.
