Kimberly Lin is an analytics leader at Nike, where she collaborates with the business to develop new strategies and drive large-scale transformations for increased profitability and expansion. Her expertise lies in cross-functional and analytical team leadership, business analysis, financial and strategic planning, executive communications, end-to-end project and matrix management, global and commercial markets, transformational change, digital/DTC and wholesale retail, and consumer goods.

Kimberly Lin pursued her education by studying Applied Data Science at Columbia University in the City of New York. She also earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) with a focus on General Management from Cornell University and obtained a Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Economics from UC Irvine.

Throughout her career, Kimberly Lin has held various significant roles. She currently serves as a Senior Manager of Analytics for the North America Marketplace at Nike. Previously, she worked as a Manager of Analytics for the North America Marketplace at Nike and held positions as a Manager of Analytics for Global Business Insights as well as the Digital Initiatives Group at Mattel, Inc. Prior to that, she worked at Ellison as an Associate Manager of Analytics, at Corinthian Colleges, Inc. as a Senior Financial Analyst, at Willis Towers Watson as an Actuarial Analyst, and at FactSet as a Financial Analyst.
