In her current role, Kimberly focuses on creating innovative programs like virtual recruiting to connect students with recruiters nationwide, providing them with valuable insights and opportunities in their desired industries. She collaborates with her team to develop solutions that emphasize the importance of early career planning and investment in students' aspirations.

Kimberly has played a pivotal role in co-creating networking programs, enhancing on-campus student employment, and launching career coaching initiatives for First Year students. She excels in building relationships, whether it involves inspiring colleagues to adopt new approaches, mentoring team members to maximize their potential, or guiding students in establishing beneficial connections to achieve their goals.

Kimberly Rolfe holds a BS in Apparel Design & Merchandising from Colorado State University. Her previous roles include serving as Co-director of the Career and Community Engagement Center, Director of Career Development, and Director of Business Engagement at Whitman College. Prior to her career in higher education, she held various managerial positions at adidas, including Category Manager, Sr. Product Line Manager, Product Line Manager, and Project Development Manager. Kimberly also has experience as a Sales Manager at Imprints Wholesale, Inc, and in Customer Service at London Fog.

Kimberly's career shift has provided her with immense satisfaction and fulfillment, evident from the gratitude expressed by the students and young alumni she has assisted in launching successful careers.
