Highlights
Today, AI is part of our daily vocabulary. But we are still at the very beginning of the technology cycle. Think about it - how much new AI do you actually use on an everyday basis? Most of our habits (work or personal) are very similar to 2 years ago - which means the hype of AI has not really proliferated that much in to our daily lives. It's a movement for sure - but it's the very early days.
The video below tries to get an understanding of how Google is looking at AI from a future perspective - and, in my opinion, Sundar Pichai says a lot without saying much :)

This episode with Stephanie Denino sparked some really interesting conversations. Mostly because they complemented a lot of my thoughts around - EX is not an HR Problem 😅
We discussed the recently published “State Of Ex” Research paper by TI PEOPLE - and there are some really important gems in there. For example - “Only 31% of respondents say their experience redesigns are co-created with employees.” That’s a real surprise and horror for the state of the industry.
And, with such insights and conversations flowing - it is no surprise that the episode got picked up as The Podcast of The Month by David Green 🇺🇦 in his monthly collection. https://lnkd.in/gzX9JeP5
