Kirsten Soong is a Harvard Business School graduate (MBA 2022) and the founder and CEO of Feather Health, a digital platform that provides safe, affordable, and accessible healthcare.4 She was a finalist in the 2022 Harvard Business School New Venture Competition (NVC) Social Enterprise Track, where her team competed for a share of $315,000 in cash and in-kind prizes.12

During her time at Harvard, Soong was also selected as a 2021-22 Cheng Fellow at the Social Innovation + Change Initiative.4 Her entrepreneurial journey at HBS culminated in the NVC, where Feather Health was recognized as a runner-up, receiving the Peter M. Sacerdote $25,000 Runner Up Prize.1

Soong's venture, Feather Health, focuses on addressing chronic pain management. In March 2022, she participated in the American Academy of Pain Medicine and MIT Hacking Medicine innovation challenge, demonstrating her commitment to improving healthcare through innovation.5

Since graduating from Harvard Business School, Soong has continued to develop Feather Health, aiming to make a significant impact in the healthcare industry, particularly in the area of chronic pain management and accessible healthcare solutions.35
